How to order:╔═══.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.═══╗- Prices are provided in EUR. Please make sure of any conversion differences.- Payment is in EUR (Euro) through PayPal. PayPal does EUR-USD conversion automatically (1 Eur is approximately 1.07 USD).
- The commission must be paid half after the sketch is approved and half before the completed art delivery (I will send you a watermarked finished version). After the second payment, I will send you the full unwatermarked version of the commission.
In both cases I will send you a PayPal invoice.
- I'll give you full refund if:
a) you cancel your order before you've received the initial sketch
b) I'm unable to complete your commission because of something on my end
Otherwise, NO REFUNDS.
- I have the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
- Customers can ask up to three revisions of the sketch and up to 3 minor changes after completion, such as colour change of small areas etc.
- Art can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
- You will get the full resolution image when completed. Please note that the finished artwork will have a white background. If you need transparent background or a different resolution, please specify it.
- I have the right to refuse any commission.
- I reserve the right to post the commission on my Portfolio and social media (e.g. ArtStation).
- Unless we agree otherwise, commissions cannot be used for commercial purposes.
